What counts as a "project"?✿
A distinct piece of work with its own review link and client. So one book cover, one album cover, or one illustration series with multiple pages all count as one project. If you're an editorial illustrator producing many separate pieces, the Studio plan is probably right for you.
Do you offer student discounts?✿
Yes. Full-time students on illustration or design courses at accredited institutions get the Studio plan free for the duration of their course. Email us with your institution email and course details.
What if I go over the limits?✿
On the free plan, you can archive a project to make room for a new one — the archived project stays accessible to you and the client for 90 days. On Studio, there are no limits; storage-wise, we haven't found anyone who's come close to a limit that would concern us.
Can my client leave feedback without an account?✿
Yes, always. They open your review link and can immediately pin, comment, and approve. No account, no app download, no login. This is the point of the tool.
What happens to my work if I cancel?✿
Every project stays accessible for 90 days in read-only mode. You can export everything as a zip (art files, feedback log, approval history) any time from Settings → Export. After 90 days, deletion is permanent.
Do you offer refunds?✿
Within 30 days of first payment, yes, for any reason. Just email us. After 30 days, we prorate annual plans and refund unused months.
